Mpro-HD™ serves to ensure satisfied hotel guests by providing HDTV and incorporating all of the equipment and software necessary to allow remote monitoring, quality assurance, issue detection, and automatic problem resolution - quickly resolving issues in minutes and virtually eliminating manual intervention and headend-related truck rolls which are common and necessary with other less sophisticated solutions.
